  • The ability for drivers to log a condition report for a vehicle via the eFleets Mobile App. (latest version required) The submitted report and photos will be stored on the Vehicle Details tab within the eFleets Website. Emails will also be sent to Primary Fleet Contacts and Maintenance Contacts when a potential safety concern is notated.

  • In the case where there is a delivery delay, additional Order Status Comments are now visible on the Customer Website under the Acquire Tab. Additional comments can be viewed by hovering over the new icon following the status comment or downloading the Order Status Report. These comments will also qualify a vehicle for an Order Status Notification email for those users who are subscribed.

  • What's New is new! This popup will now be automatically triggered each time the content is updated to keep all our users informed about the latest changes and upcoming features. Once you close this window, it will not reappear until the next update. You can still get to this content at anytime by clicking the What's New link in the top right of the corner.
  • Accident emails will soon contain less specifics for security reasons. For more information, please reach out to your driver or EFM's Risk Management Dept.
  • An Open Recall column has been added to the maintenance utilization grids to help quickly identify vehicles that may have a pending recall while also needing additional services.
